چکیده
Abstract: To serve health care, up to now, sciences have successfully developed many drugs with different effects. In general, in terms of chemical structure and effect characteristics, medicine can be classified into groups including inorganic drugs, small-molecule organic protein (macromolecules), recently a new group has been formed, separate from the drug class, which is RNA drugs. pharmacological effects, mechanisms do not differ too much because they all act at particular stage related pathological manifestations.
Protein process development gone through stages, origins, extraction isolation living tissues an early biosynthesis by recombinant technology other modern biotechnology methods. date, most proteins used produced pathways, possibly semisynthetic steps give molecules more superior properties. Therefore, additional name, biopharmaceuticals, indicate their synthetic origin biological methods.
The research, development, application clinical practice are great significance, helping enhance ability control treat difficult-to-treat diseases today, bringing opportunities good for people.

Protein binding of drugs.
Basic considerations involved in the interaction of drugs with proteins are reviewed. The important role of the concentration of unbound drug in determining therapeutic and toxicologic effects is emphasized. Ultra-filtration is suggested to be the method of choice for the determination of concentrations of unbound drug in plasma in clinical practice.
متن کاملPredicting Protein Binding of Drugs Using Abraham Parameters: Effect of Ionization
Background and purpose: Protein binding (PB) is an important pharmacokinetic parameter in drug discovery and development. In past years Abraham parameters were used to predict some physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties of drugs. But in these cases, the ionization of drugs in blood pH (7.4) was ignored. Recently, Abraham parameters of chemical compounds in ionized form are proposed. Als...
متن کاملEffects of psychotropic drugs on nerve growth factor protein levels in the rat brain
Introduction: Psychotropic drugs exert their effects, in part, by increasing neurotrophin levels in the brain. Nerve growth factor (NGF) protein levels after treatment with only a limited number of psychotropics have been determined. The present study was designed in order to evaluate the effects of acute and chronic administration of different psychotropic drugs on NGF protein levels in fiv...
